I just added a downloads section to this site. In this area you can download various stuff in the future. The first thing I added is the xoops module icons template as a .psd. I was asked a few times to share this file, so here it is.
Today I updated my site in many fields. Main part was the update to version 2.0.7 of Xoops. This version includes many bugfixes, so I thought it is good to do so! I’m also using the Version 1.2 from the News module now. Mithrandir and Herve really did an awesome job on this module.
The theme of my site is also new. But this one isn’t so graphical intense. I focused on XHTML and CSS compliance this time. But when I talk about time, I have to say that I’m short on it at the moment. So the site is in a workaround phase, but as it is my private website I think it won’t get out of this phase any time. There will probably be a few minor updates on the layout soon …
Also my photoalbum and the guestbook are currently not available. I will put them back online the next weeks.
Today I finally reworked the templates of my site. Now everything on my site should be readable 
The next step will be to translate all german parts on my site to english. I think this is necessary, since most of my visitors don’t come from germany.
Today I have upgraded my Website from Xoops 1.3.x to 2.0.2. I also changed the gallery and uploaded new photos. The About Section is up again.
But there are some tweaks to do the next time. The templates will be modified soon, because the colors are terrible at the moment. It is very hard to read in some parts of my Website.
But now I am very pleased, that the update went smooth.
The new system is called “envolution” and will be developed by MadHatter7 and the Encompass crew. MagicX from portalzine.de has also joined forces with them.
