Nachdem Infrarot ja ein wenig langsam für die Datenübertragung ist, wollte ich auf meinem HP nx7000 Notebook Bluetooth installieren. Die HP Software hatte ich schon mal installiert, wirkte jedoch sehr langsam. Seit SP2 bietet Windows XP eigentlich auch einen eigenen Bluetooth-Stack, der jedoch bei meinem nx7000 nicht automatisch gefunden wird. Nach einer Suche im HP Mobility Community Forum fand ich folgenden Lösungsvorschlag:
Remove the ‘Bluetooth by hp’ from Add/Remove Programs – or if you are rebuilding your tablet from scratch, don’t install it!
After you have applied SP2, open the following file in Notepad:
C:\WINDOWS\inf\bth.infFind the following line in the file:
[HP.NT.5.1]And enter this after it:
Bluetooth by hp= BthUsb, USB\Vid_049F&Pid_0086Save the file. Go to the ‘Device Manager’, find the ‘Bluetooth by hp’ (should be unknown hardware), right click and select ‘Update Driver…’ – let Windows find it automatically and you should be all-set.
Und siehe da, Bluetooth läuft perfekt!

Super geht wunderbar mit meinem k610i aber wie kann ich nun separat vom w-lan den bt-adapter ausschalten?

Gute Frage, keine Ahnung. Habe das Notebook auch nicht mehr in Betrieb, nutzt jetzt meine Freundin.
Funktioniert übrigens auch mit dem Compaq nx7010 von HP – das Bluetooth-Gerät wird natürlich nur als unbekanntes Gerät angezeigt, wenn es auch eingeschaltet ist. Also nicht wundern, wenn man es erst mal nicht zu sehen bekommt…
